Every installation is finished:

1. All insulated cool kit panels are Polyfoam high performance 100% ozone friendly.
2. With a GRP toughened wall panel.
3. All wall panels are covered in a white high gloss with a blue skirting at the base of the panel. This gives that extra added strength by double bonding the wall to the floor base where the majority of all bumps and scraps happen.
4. All refrigerated floors are finished in a smooth none slip blue covering. Various options available i.e. gritted, Fish floor, Pallet floor etc.
5. Door panels are fully insulated for either frozen or chilled application.
6. Each installation is finally finished by moulding our GRP coating in following all the contours of the vehicle.

WITH THE HIGH QULITY FINISH AND BUILD OF OUR REFRIGERATED COOL KIT VAN PANELS AND INSTALLATION WE ARE ABLE TO OFFER A 48 MONTH WARRANTY.

Vantastec cool kit installations DO NOT USE:

1. Do not use light duty modular panels that are not built to last and can not take regular commercial abuse.
2. Do not use mass amounts of plastic capping and none water proof rivets.
3. Do not use tubes of silicone sealant to hide poorly fitted installations
4. Do not use GRP cut strips to hide the vehicles door panel/frames factory pressed mouldings.

Vantastec refrigerated cool kit van panels are installed to new or used vehicles either supplied by us or installed into your supplied vehicle.
